Introduction
This personal data protection policy (together with the General, Special and Additional Terms of Service and other documents referred to in those Terms) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by the company DATAGRID LP, and applies to all of your personal data regardless of the medium or method by which we acquired/received your personal data, in the context of use of the website “https://tlicker.com”. In this Policy, the term “personal data” means data that is or is likely to come into our possession and relates to a living individual, which either alone or in combination with other data may lead, directly or indirectly, to the identification of a person, such as name, date of birth, gender, age, address, email address, User ID and Password for access to electronic services, and even technical configuration information regarding your communication devices.
1. What information do we collect?
We fully respect your right to privacy in relation to your interactions with the website “https://tlicker.com” and we strive to ensure transparency in our dealings with you regarding what information we collect and how we will use it. We also collect and use only individual user details where we have the lawful right to do so. Information regarding personal data collected by Greek entities is available at www.dpa.gr, the website of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA). - Depending on the service we provide to you, we may also need to collect information regarding performance, size, and type of business.
- Bank details/account numbers, credit/debit card numbers (for secure processing by third-party payment services), digital wallet, or other payment-service information.
- For payment processing, tax/VAT administration, fraud prevention, and the issuance of receipts/invoices, we transmit to Paddle the necessary personal data (e.g., full name, email, billing address, tax/VAT ID, and purchase details). Paddle processes this data under its own Privacy Policy.
If you submit personal details relating to other individuals to us or to our service providers (e.g., business colleagues), you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use their personal details in accordance with this personal data protection policy.
Images and visual content
This is particularly relevant to providing images/videos and content that may promote your business or your area, but may also contain images of people. You also acknowledge that you may provide DATAGRID LP with evidence of the necessary waivers and permissions from individuals depicted in the images/footage in order to share such content with DATAGRID LP and its partners.
2. How we collect personal data
We and our third-party service providers may collect and process this information automatically in various ways, such as:
- When registering with us, you will be asked for personal details required for the operation of the application.
- If you complete a web form on the DATAGRID LP website, your information will be stored in our CRM system. If you do not want us to have your personal details, do not register or complete any of the web forms on this website.
- If you contacted us directly.
- To register as a user of our business services, we must collect information such as your name and email address, your company name and address, your job title, and the services you are interested in. We may ask different questions for different services. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you are not required to respond.

We use IP addresses for purposes such as communicating with your device, calculating usage levels of our services, diagnosing server issues, security, and service administration.

We may use your device’s physical location to provide you with location-based services and content. You can choose whether to allow or reject uses and/or sharing of your device’s location by changing your device settings, but if you choose to reject such uses and/or sharing, we and/or marketing partners may not be able to provide you with the relevant services and content.
- Applications: applications developed in connection with the website for mobile devices will operate and capture information as described above and are also subject to this policy. Applications developed by us but deployed on other platforms, such as social media channels, may provide us with feedback regarding user-specific activity and usage.

3. How you can manage your personal data
We seek to keep all personal data you provide to us accurate and up to date. Therefore, you must inform us of any changes to this information as soon as possible. If you are a registered user of the portal “https://tlicker.com”, you can update your personal details held on the portal at any time and change your stated interests and whether or not you wish to receive correspondence from us. You can unsubscribe from newsletters and other updates by selecting the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of each communication.

We may change this personal data protection policy. The “Last updated” section at the bottom of this page states the most recent revision of this privacy policy. Any changes to this privacy policy will take effect when we publish the revised privacy policy on DATAGRID LP’s corporate website. Use of DATAGRID LP’s services after these changes means that you accept the revised privacy policy.
